As I have understood the fitting of a plane to a point cloud is done using the Least Squares fitting in both cases, the Delaunay 2.5D (best fitting plane) and using just Fit - plane. After fitting a surface into a point cloud, is there a way to see the accuracy of the least squares fitting?

I’ve uploaded two artificial point clouds with coordinates x, y and z. One cloud is with full coordinates, the other with thousandth values.
