re-orienting cross sections
Hi, If I extract 10 sections from a cloud (example below), then the slices will be in the same orientation than the original cloud. It is good for some application. However, if I want to catalog all the sections in a printed report, I need all of them to be viewed from the orthogonal direction to th...

Re: Losing all decimals on coordinates (integers only) when exporting a LAS file to a PLY file
Do you mean you can't use Binary PLY files or the global shift mechanism doesn't work in your case? my mistake. Re: animation plugin crashes
Changing the extension name doesn't change anything : still an immediate crash when clicking "render". It is not linked with the hardware, since rebooting the computer and launching CloudCompare 2.7.0 on Windows10 (dual boot, same computer), I am able to use the qAnimation plugin at high f...

animation plugin crashes
Hi, I've discovered and have been using cloudcompare for more than a hundred hours now, on 2 old computers (intel core2duo, 4gb ram, osx 10.6.8 / osx 10.11.5). It's amazing how CC can handle big files and point numbers. Thank you for this amazing software. While beginning to discover the qAnimation ...
