Thanks Daniel, it is a fairly small section of pipe, so should be relatively simple to split into seperate meshes for the inner and outer walls - will give it a go!

I have scanned a section of pipe, both internally and externally. I have generated a mesh from the points, showing the internal and external surfaces - this pipe has areas of corrosion so the mesh is thinner in some parts than others. My question is if there is anyway to colour the mesh by thickness...
