Graphic card is NVIDIA Quadro M2000M with a good memory. I also tried changing the settings as you mentioned but nothing seems to work and there aren't any multiple installations also.

I just installed CC in another laptop of mine with windows 10 and uploaded the same files, its working fine. I wonder what is the problem. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling CC but still exists the issue. After comparison between the two, i noticed after the installation it wont automatically ask...

you can take a look at the screenshot which might give you an idea. I open the files and the screen is just blank.

i have installed the latest stable release on my windows 10 pc.
The files can be viewed through Rviz or PCD viewer on my VM but i dono why it isnt opening in cloudcompare. is there any settings to take care for .pcd files??

I am trying to view some .pcd files in cloudcompare but if i open those files i am not able see anything. what might be the problem?
I am a student who is very new to cloudcompare and pointclouds. so please bare me if this appears as a silly question.
