If there are images (it's not always the case) then CC should load them (as 'image' entities). You should be able to save them as standard images then.

Can you advise me on something here. I have the e57 imported and see the individual images. I can only save as a .bin file. How do i extract these as a jpg?

Which version are you using? I believe that with the latest 2.10.alpha version, you might be able to select the image and save it as jpg, bmp, etc. (but I might be wrong)
