M3C2 Parameters- PLEASE HELP

Hello Everyone

I am new to CC and have been struggling to really understand how to compute the parameters the M3C2 algorithm. I read most documents I could get but I dont think I have grasped the whole concept of calculating the parameters as yet (Normal, Projection, Max Depth, Prefferd Orientation).

A very simple and concise and straight forwrad explanation on how I can go about it would really really help me right now. I have attached a screen shot of how my data sets look like. I a have a deadline looming and it reall driving me crazy, thanks a million to whoever can assist.
