Contour plot with heigth label

Is it possible to visualize the height labels of an contour plot in the top view so that all labels are visible? My problem is that all labels are stacked (see my solution in the attachment). The point show name (in 3D) is on.

Ah, no, the 3D name are always displayed in the center of the object (bounding-box). They are not meant to be displaced...
