I need the cloud point of femoral human for do my project but I cant find this xyz coordinate in the web .Can anyone help me?

You'd get better result by looking first for a femur mesh (obj, ply or stl). Then you'll be able to export its vertices as a cloud (or sample points if vertices are too sparse) with CC.

If you don't find such models directly, you can find MRI or CT images of the femur (see the http://www.osirix-viewer.com/datasets/) and then find another tool to convert them to a mesh (ITKSnap, image J, Slicer). Some tools allow you to simply export the points with the right values (you'll have to do some cleaning afterwards though).
