SOR Freezes / Crashing

I have been importing .e57 files into cloud compare and running a subsample and then the SOR filter, but it keeps crashing / freezing?

I have tried leaving about 5 minutes but nothing happens!?!?

The e57 files have been exported from Faro Scene 2019.2,

Any ideas?

How big is the cloud? (in terms of number of points)
