So in the end, it was indeed an compilation issue.

Here is a preview of the 2.12.2 version with the 2 Riegl plugins normally:

Hello, thanks for the reply.
The link is to a 2.11.2.preview (Anoia) version that doesn't recognize rxp files.
The Riegl file types is recognizes are the riscan files types (.rdb,.rsp,.rds) but not the rxp files straight from the scanner.
There is a 2.12 version that should have the ability to open rxp?

Oh sorry, I'm not the expert (and these plugins were developed by Riegl) so I assume they were able to open 'RXP' files.

But actually, it seems they open: RDB, RDBX, RSP and RDS.
