Merge issue. 2 point clouds seen as one
Good afternoon all, when importing 2 point clouds they automatically merge/stick together and i am unable to merge them correctly as they are seen as a single point cloud. How do i separate them? I import them separately yet cloudcompare tries to stick them together? When i goto align it only has the option for 1 cloud reference option is greyed out? I need some help with this...

Are you maybe selecting the "file" (folder) that groups the 2 clouds together? Instead of selecting both clouds?
