Adjust point cloud with polylines and merge into one file

Hi!

I would like to know if it is possible in Cloud Compare adjust the point cloud. I need to draw precisely sidewalk and road, at the same time those should be plain ( no contour lines inside road or sidewalk).
In attachment is an example of how it was done in Civil, but I would like to know if it is possible to do it somehow in Cloud Compare? Maybe with polylines?
Later I want to export one file as .csv or .txt and import it to Revit, so Revit makes the correct toposurface with plain roads and sidewalks.

Sorry, what do you mean by 'adjust (the) point cloud' exactly?
