Ransac plane segmentation

In Ransac segmentation dialog,
What do the "bitmap epsilon"(and what does bitmap refer to here?) and "probability" options mean?
I know a tooltip which explains these variables pops up but still I can understand them.

I appreciate if anyone can explain them more clearly.
