Looking to Hire Plugin Developer

Good day all,

Our group is looking to hire a developer to create a CC plugin that will allow users to incrementally rotate and translate a point cloud. For instance, it would allow the user to click a button/key and rotate the cloud about the x-axis 0.5 degrees at a time. Same thing for translation.

We're hoping to making the coarseness of the increment adjustable. Maybe this is something that could be added to the current translate/rotate tool?

Any help on who to hire, or thoughts about how to approach the modification are be appreciated!
