How to save/cut points cloud over/under a 3D polyline

Hi all.
I have a 3d points cloud from a train tunnel and I would like to cut the tunnel´s point cloud in two parts using a 3D polyline along the tunnel (is not flat, hast slope).
I would like to know if I can do that.
