[Done] Load PTS in command line mode

When I try to load a PTS in command line mode, it is Always necessary to set "skip line 1" manually. In this way Scripting is not efficient because require this input by the operator. Can be add this parameter as option in the command -O?

That's done: '-O -SKIP {number of lines}' (see http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... ommandLine).
