Lighten RGB

Post by Andreas »

Hi,
I have a point cloud with rgb color. The images, take by the scanner, are very dark.

Is there any possibility in CC to lighten up the color?

The P.C.V (Amibien Occlusion) gives a good grayscale color, but I need it in rgd.

To lighten the colors, you should use the 'Edit > Colors > Levels' tool (http://www.cloudcompare.org/doc/wiki/in ... s%5CLevels). It works just as the same tool in Photoshop.

Otherwise, to convert the PCV scalar field to colors, you just have to call 'Edit > Scalar fields > Convert to RGB'.
