Bulid Contour from model

In the CC can I bulid the contour form model not from the point?

You can either create a partial contour on a mesh with the new 'Trace polyline' tool.

Otherwise you can sample points on the mesh and then use the other tools (i.e. the cross section tool and the section extraction tool)
