how can convert (.imp) file extension to (.e57) ?

Hi Ahmed,
you will have to export the pointclouds from Leica Cyclone to .e57.
As fas as I know, there is no stand-alone converter, since .imp is leicas properitory format.

What's an IMP file? At least I'm sure CC doesn't handle this format :D

leica laser scanner gives the point cloud in .imp format
this format is opened only by leica cyclone software
i have leica cyclone but i want to work in cc
cc don't support .imp format
so, i want convert this format to another format which cc can support

leica cyclone software oly support convert to the following format
.dxf
.ptg
.ptz
.coe
.sdf
.sdnf
.xml
.tif
.msh
.pts
.ptx
.sim
.svy
.txt
.xyz
any of them cc can support it??

PTX should be your default choice (it stores the scanner positions). Otherwise PTS / TXT / XYZ (all are generic ASCII files).
