different coordinates between cc and cad??

when i open a file by cc and cad
the coordinates are different
x=x
y=-z
z=y
how to make them the same??

It's a matter of conventions.

CloudCompare loads and displays the coordinates as they are stored in the file. However some software solutions (CAD ones notably) uses this 'rotated' convention. You should ask them why ;)
