move points cloud to +400'000 on X and +300'000 on Y
I received a Laser Scanner dataset, translate in local from UTM WGS84 simply subtracting a fixed number in the X and Y values of targhet
I can add the same value on the X and Y?

I'm not sure to understand sorry... Are you trying to translate the cloud? If yes you can do it either by editing the 'Global shift & scale' information (Edit > Edit global shift & scale) or by using the 'Edit > Apply transformation tool'. And in both cases you can apply the translation you want along X and Y (or Z).

yes You understand :) , but "Edit > Edit global shift & scale" and 'Edit > Apply transformation tool' are a virtual roto/traslation? How can I make permanent and export points cloud with new coordinates?

None of them are virtual. The actual translation is just postponed (if it's too big) to avoid losing precision. It will be applied when you export the entity and CC creates the file.
