how to measure waist of human body in cloud compare

HI daniel,

I gave a .ply file as input to the cloud compare

I got large number of points in top of body in sfm(structure from motion) and bottom i can't get large number of points....please tell me what is reason?

Doesn't it depend on your SfM software? Maybe the number of pictures is insufficient for the bottom part?

Hi Daniel,

i am new to the VSFM. i was uploaded my images nearly 50 then i got .ply file that file gave the input of cloud compare i got 3d image on cloudcompare
In that image i get maximum number of points at top of the body(i.e top to waist) but,i didn't get points at bottom of body(i.e from waist to ankle).
please tell me what is the reason i cant get points at bottom side

You should ask that to the SfM software developer :D
