Global re-scale

I have a bin file that is scaled to metres - it contains many clouds and primitives, imported STLs etc all organised inside separate folders - is there a way of applying a global scale (of 1000 x 1000 x1000) to get everything into mm ?

Using Edit>Global Shift seems to require me to the process for each cloud\mesh separately and this would take a very long time...!

If you can select all entities at once (to help yourself in this process you can right clck on the db root and choose 'Expand branch' - you can also use the CTRL+A shortcut to select all entities at once) then call 'Edit > Multiply/Scale' . It should even work on primitives.
