Detailed mesh as TIN/las?

Hi there,
New user of las/Laz files, also new user of cloudcompare.
CC seemed to be the only software I could get las-files to work with, so here I am.
I need to create a detailed mesh, for export to OBJ, PLY or some other, importable in Blender. When I open up my las-files in Fugroviewer and zoom in on an area, maybe 200x200 meters, and then choose TIN triangulation, I get a highly detailed terrain.
I can not figure out if fugroviewer is able to export this, I think not, so I found CC. I can import and work with the las/laz cloud fine, but I can´t get f.i. PSR to create much detail. If I up the values like octree too much, it seems my machine stalls or CC crashes.
Seems my files are a bit too large to add here, let me know if I should put them up on drive.
Here´s a screenshot of fugro, it´s the right window TIN 3D type of mesh I´m after.
Best,
Tberg
