unable to open CloudCompare

Hello,I have a problem with cloudcompare in my computer. When I try to open cloudcompare, there is always a message which says cloudcompare has stopped running, check online and close the program. Can you help me?

Hi,
What kind of graphic card do you have on your computer?
Can you try to download the latest 2.8 beta version and see if it helps? We recently changed something that may fix most of the issues we have with old graphic cards.

Yes,you are right,I have found the graphic card has some effect on cloudcompare,I upgraded cloudcompare to version 2.8 beta a few days ago, but the problem is still there.I reinstalled my graphic card yesterday, now the version is Radeon (TM)HD 6470M 8.830.6.3000, and cloudcompare 2.8 beta is working right now.THANK YOU,daniel.
