Roughness tools and standar deviation

HI,

I am using the roughness tool of Cloud compare on surfaces quiet plane with a roughness around cm or mm. I computed the roughness with different kernels size. Is it possible to get the standard deviation or the maximum range on the vertical axe of the point cloud that CC take with the kernel size?

I am not sure if my question is clear ...?

Do you want to compute the height amplitude inside each 'neighborhood' used to compte the roughness?
