Export cloud info from command line

I have thousands of pointclouds in different files and I would like to get the global shift information from command line (in the GUI this is Tools - Batch Export - Export cloud info). Is it possible to do this in the command line? If not: does someone know a program how I could achieve that?

This currently not possible with the command line. And do you refer to CC's global shift, or to the more generic LAS files 'LAS shift'? (in which case lastools can probably do that)
