After a few search, I found i can't just simply insert a point on the GL window. Not picking, just create a new point at where the mouse clicks. So how could I do that?

Indeed, that's not something CloudCompare allows. One issue would be that below you mouse cursor is a line in 3D, and not a single point (so CC wouldn't be able to guess at what depth your point should be).
