How to use the m_app variable in a custom io plug-in, I want to get the information in the DB tree in the io plug-in？

I/O plugins don't have access to the application. They are only supposed to load a single file... But technically a standard plugin can load a file (it will just be a different workflow for the user to load this specific file format).
