Save LAS V!.0 from command line

Hi Im using CC to convert multiple e57 files to LAS. Previous version of CC I was using was saving files in LAS v1.0 format.
Vesion 2.11.3 does it using LAS v1.3/1.4 version. Is there a way to change it to version 1.0?

Aer you using the right LAS filter? (because there are 2, one is for LAS 1.0 to 1.3 (automatically deduced based on what you try to save), and there's an another LAS filter which is specifically for 1.3/1.4 LAS files.
