What is the Command Line's usage?

Hi there, I want to utilize the command line, but I can't find it because I'm new to CloudCompare. How do I launch the command prompt? I value your responses.

And to use it, just launch a command line prompt ('cmd' on Windows) and type the command after relocating to CloudCompare's folder first (e.g. 'cd C:\Program Files\CloudCompare')
