Opening *.dp (Dot Product) file.

Post by Alma Rahat »

Dear all,

I have been trying to open a *.dp file with Cloud Compare. However, in every occasion it comes up with the following error.

[Load] Can't guess file format: unhandled file extension 'dp'

Is it a bug? Or am I doing something wrong here?

I would really appreciate your help. Thanks very much.

Best,
Alma

Here is a suggestion (assuming you are using Windows): try to install the "Visual C++ Redistributable Packages for Visual Studio 2013"
http://www.microsoft.com/en-US/download ... x?id=40784

Can you give me some feedback afterwards?

I don't think the DP format is supported on macOS.

I believe it's a Windows-only plugin.
