Hello,
I finally found the tool for creating 2D maps from cylindrical forms. Thanks to CC/Daniel of course.
Here I have the tube mesh/pointcloud and would like to create a map.
The problem begins, when I want to load a 2D profile, to create a map.
How can I create this "ideal" profile in .txt?
I have 2D profile drawing in AutoCAD format.

If you can save the profile in DXF format, CC should be able to load it.
Then you can select the profile (polyline) vertices and save it as an ASCII point cloud (a simple list of XYZ coordinates). With a bit of tinkering (mainly removing the flat dimension and adding the comment lines and profile origin) you should be able to convert it to a qSRA 'profile' file as defined here:

Maybe we should add the option to load it directly from a DXF file ;). But we will have to ask the profile origin anyway (maybe in a separate dialog).

Thanks for answer. I found, probably 2D imported polyline should be enough. Now, there is another problem. How to create map from that two parameters. When I try to create map with deviations, something wrong happens. Is the map creation possible in my case? The problem is attached.

Well, the qSRA plugin is for a 'surface of revolution' (i.e. a surface obtained by rotating a curve around an axis - see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Surface_of_revolution).
In your case it's more an extruded shape. I'm afraid this plugin won't help you with that...
