FARO plugin problem

Hello!

I just installed the latest version of CC (2.10) and I am trying to open FARO (.fls) files.

Even though I installed th FARO pluging I get the following message:

Failed to connect to FARO LS runtime: Cannot instantiate FARO Open interface.

My computer runs on windows 7, 64 bits.

Do you have any suggestions of what might be the problem and how solve it?
